3rd week @ Monash
WA!! SO FAST! 3rd week le!! i have been here for 3 weeks le!! haiz....this week was rather eventful...not in the case of like alot of things happen to me but then i did alot of things during the week.
On wednesday, we went Box hill with Peryln's family friend. Box hill is a place that is filled with Asians and i mean literally1 everywhere u turn, u will see chinese or asian shops selling chinese goods or groceries! SUPER SHIOK! then the auntie brought us to the asian stores that sell chinese sauces, spices and foods! we went crazy over the one and only Leung Tau Fu shop!! hahaha...it is the only place that sells the frozen fishballs, fiskcakes, crabsticks etc. wahahahaa....bought alot...ok la...we did not buy but the rest of the gals bought alot. Priya and i were afraid that Sapna might not like what we buy...then..erhmm..u know la.
On Friday, it was the best day of the week!!! hahaha....on friday, we decide to pon the seminars @ 5pm and we went grocery shopping @ glen waverley. Sapna did not come with us as she was preparing to go over to her auntie's place to stay again!(watever!) Never mind, so it was only the 3 of us, Crystal, Priya and myself. it does not really matter cos she is hardly around when we are actually shopping for groceries, which is NOT FAIR AT ALL!! urgh!!!! hahaha...so...we went to glen waverley cos we found online that TARGET closes at 9pm so we want to chiong to see can buy quilt anot...hahhaa...boy did we not know!! FIRDAY IS THE BEST!!! hahaha...cos when we went there, it really felt like a real department stores with all the shops still open till like 9pm!!! so shiok la!! not like the other days, we go at 6pm, the whole place machiam like deserted and ghostly! then, we went shopping again though not intentionally..wahahahah....we saw cotton on, then went into see! aiyo!!! in the end, i bought a tank top, limegreen and white colour and i am seeing a pink color wool scarf...wahahah...wat to do...but then, i did not get it, i am planning to wait till like...next week or what then i get it...hehe...then we walked past this wallet shop...aiyo, it had a big sign that said 'SALE!!!' HAHAAHAHA....then a sign that says wallets@ $4 - $19 and one whole tray! aiyo, how i know the moment i flipped through the wallets, i saw 3 wallets that i like!!!! ZHA DAO LA!! haiz...but then, one wallet that i saw was not for me, though it was very pretty and sweet, i like it but then the first thing that i thought of when i saw was, ELEANOR! hahaha...i got a feeling that she will like it cos it has a butterfly infront of it. hahaha...maybe she wont like it, i dun know la...somemore, her birthday coming soon, so i decided to get it for her as her birthday present! see i so good! people in australia still buy birthday present for friend in singapore and planning to send over...WAHAHAHAAAHAHA...other then that, i bought another 2 wallets!! somemore they are like from the same brand, pattern but then different shape and size. very nice la!! i shall take pic later and post for u all to see!! wahahaha...i love friday! it is the best! wahaha
then on saturday, went queen victoria again to do grocery shopping, for the raw stuffs, glen waverley was those milk and stuffs. Queen vic is those meat, fishes, veggies and fruits. wahahahaha, KATHY itchy hand and went to buy another jacket!!! wahahaha...but then, it is only $ 12 and it is in pink! i wanted it cos i want it to replace my PINK NIKE one, i dun want to keep wearing that, cos it will qi mou!! heartpain sia! then, we went to eat the nasi lemak that we saw the previous week! so shiok!! super nice loh!! though it is not actually nice like back home, but then passable! better than anything! we finally got to eat balachan chilli and coconut rice!! WA!!! so shiok la! hahaha..then, we took the train back and rested for the day. then on sunday, we just stayed @ home and rot, study and do laundry! wahahaha....end of 3rd week!

2nd week @ Monash
the start of 2nd week, time passes very fast here in Melbourne sia! i dun understand how come retirees want to migrate here to spend and xiang shou ren shen! it is not fun loh! everything is so boring...all shops closes at 5pm except for thursday which make no sense, yet their friday, saturday and sunday close even earlier!!! they dun wan to make money arh!!!! then i see those asian shops still open, this really made me appreciapte just how hardworking the Chineses are. they are really hardworking, even thought the rest of the shops close @ 5pm..they will tahan until like 7pm or 8pm...i am serious! by then time of 5pm, the whole place in DEAD!!! NO ONE!! U CAN SEE THE GUSTY WIND BLOWING,= WITH THE DUST IN THE AIR AND BASKET ROLLING! aiyo!! butahan sia! haiz....
by the 2nd week, i felt that i really have no life! wahahaha..i am serious! everyday wake up at 8 or 9 am, go school for lecture or lab, then got break go library or go eat or go shopping at the school pasa malam..wahahaha..... in this 2 weeks, i have bought like 2 headbands, one sunglasses and one necklace!!! wahahahaha...spent money on accessories again!!! URGH!!!!! KK....after the shopping, if got lectures, go to lectures...then after everything, go home, cook dinner, eat dinner, wash dishes then do a bit of studying, bathe then SLEEP! this has been my routine for past 2 weeks every since my laptop crashed!!! it is a very BORING ROUTINE!!!! I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!
this week, i had my very first lab session, somemore, it is Medical Microbiology LOH!!! WA LAO!!! SUPER INTIMIDATING AGAIN LA!!!! then i dun know whether am i considered suay or not, but the lab partner i kenna...wa....she is an ang moh but then, machaim like got attitude, black hair but blonde fringe and streaks in her hair! at first, she is like friendly but not friendly at the same time. then i dun dare to ask her anything....tried but then gave up after several times cos i scared she kenna pissed! then somemore, i first time in their lab lei~~~~~~ i dun know where everythings is la!!! then she also nv tell me or guide then she just took her own stuffs and started doing...i machiam like some sua gu like that...then i keep scaring wen yan and melissa who are in the same group as me but different lab partners. wa...i tell u, my lab partner, named Ash, she is like SUPER FAST LA!!! she streaks her plates then in seconds and like finished everything in like half an hour. FURTHERMORE, I AM HER PARTNER SIA! hahahaha...but then, this is the part where i am proud of myself, even though i am brandnew to the lab and dun know their lab protocols, i managed to keep up with her!!! waahahaha....i see her do, then i copy....wahahaha....proud of myself sia! hhehehe.....then she also one kind, after lab, just walked out, i haven even take her number yet cos the next day, we r supposed to do follow up on our bacteria cultures...ZHA DAO LOH!!! like that how am i supposed to contact her then we can make a time to meet n go lab toghether...then i told the teacher, then he say nvm, just come tmr and do the plates...then i haiz!!!!!!
next day, wednesday, came myself and did my own gram staining!! wahahahahaha....though a but unfamiliar but then still can la... hehe....
then on saturday, we went queen vic again!! wahahaha...bought like so many veggies and spices!! wahahaha..then we bought the trolley, u know those auntie bring to the market to put their cais into it..wahahaha...yap, we bought that!! we even bargained with the vietmamines(dun know how to spell la) from $25 to $20. whhahaahhaa....thanx to angie and priya!! wahahahaha...we all use our niu ren mei li!!! WHAHAHAHAHAH...then with all our fresh groceries, we went bridge road, richmond!! the shopping heaven!!!!! somemroe now, summer sale!! wa!! chiong arh!!1 but then dun haven enough time to walk sia, they close so early @5pm(!!!) we only like managed to walk like less than 8 shops loh, and we went there like 2pm till 5pm...then closed liao....sian diao!!! haiz...but then in just that short period of time, i spent like close to 100 dollars loh!!! WA!!!!! MY MONEY AH!!!!! broke liao!!! then we missed the last bus back home!!! WA LAO!!! SIAN DIAO LOH! U KNOW THEIR LAST BUS IS AT 615!!!! SO WAT LA!!! CANNOT TAKE IT!!! then we just went to supermarkets, then had pizzas for dinner then we gossipes like until 1030pm at Glen Waverley la!!! wahahahahaha...thed took a taxi home. wahahahaha...spent like 4 hrs there!! wahahaha, priya, crystal, angie and me!! haiz!!! then spent the nxt day at home...wahahahahaha....then like that end of 2nd weeks le....

1st week @ Monash
this entry is like 3 weeks over due!! dun blame me!! pls blame my laptop! it died on me again loh!!! wa lao!!! cannot believe sia! the hard disk crashed loh and dumped my memory dun know how many times loh! urgh!!! idiot!!! so pissed with toshiba!!! to think i just had it `fixed', piece of shit! now i waiting to get it fixed myself, i am going to buy my own harddisk then install window xp myself!
kkk....my 1st week here in Melbourne. haiz....until now it haven sink in that i am actually in Melbourne studying and going to live here for the next 9 months! it still feels like i am here for holidays then leaving like in a few weeks time. touched down on sunday, went around shopping for groceries and saw our hse for the next 9 months. utterly disappointed sia...i feel as if i am living in a prison. (wahahahah) i had my first day of school the next day, whoa! so intimidated! haiz...first time see all the ang mohs and knowing that i will be studying with them...so weird! i still want my rp where i know everyone! here, i know no one at all, except my friends. the moment we walked in, ppl starred at us. so sad loh...ppl keep staring.. but then can understand la...for the past 2 years, they nv seeour faces before, then suddenly, 10 new faces appearing straight into the final year, they will also find very weird and puzzled. alot of ppl thought that we are like on some exchange program or smth, that we will be like here for 1 semster. then when, we told them that, we will be here for the final year, that we r graduating with them....they like...`really?!?!?!' ya so.... wat to do....
i was so excited about of my first lectures..wahhaha that i took pictures of the lecture hall and the notes that they gave out. ahaha..my first set of lecture and notes in 3 years! wat to do, cannot blame me. through out the week, ate out cos we haven bought our utensils yet but then bought the food already, dumb right??? but then wat to do..thanx to some ppl, by the name of S_____. Haiz!!!!!!
first week felt so weird!!! i mean like...i practically like cried every night when i call my mummy and jie jie....aiyo...i cried until i dun dared to call them again, scaredonce i cry cannot stop! haiz....but then....ok la..not so bad....had to wake up myself without my mommy...take of my own meals, dishes and washing of clothes!... then on saturday, we went to queen victoria market!! it is the MARKET!!! WET MARKET! wahahahahaha...first time in dunknow how many years, i stepped into a wet market sia. wahahahahaha....not only that i went to buy somemore, like buying of fruits, veggies and the MEAT! aiyo!! their so-called wet market is so much cleaner than the wet market in Spore. in fact it should not even called the `wet' market, just market can liao. their wet market is dry one loh...somemore got air con, it is like those cold meat sections in cold storage or NTUC. it is that kind loh!!! i was rather surprised!!!! but then the amount of MEAT!!!! wa!! cannot take it sia!! all beef, pork lamb, ribs, veals, u name it sia! aiyo! i see until i feel like vomitting! but it is very cheap, that one i dun deny...wahahaha...then we bought our first fish sia! so fun la! i first time buying fish mysel sia! wahahaha....after which we went to shop, @ queen victoria, they also had pasa malam style shops and had like 10 aisles of them! walk until my legs cannot take it sia! haiz...my money arh!
went home, studied and slept. WAHAHAHA...this is like my stapy routine...hehe..then spent the whole sunday at home, studying again and did my laundry.
